Often times there are so many things that people need that aren't at their fingertips to receive because of different circumstances and we would like to help where we can. We are a parent and child advocacy group whose objective is to meet the human needs of parents and children with special needs by offering counseling, support and community outreach.

My name is Troy Rose and I am the President and Founder of Taylor Cares Inc. which is a non profit organization based out of Massapequa, New York. Taylor Cares Inc. is a parent and child advocacy group that advocates along with parents for children with special needs. My business is designed and dedicated to my daughter Taylor who is a child with special needs. When Taylor was 3 years old she was diagnosed as a pre-school child with a disability and when she turned 5 and entered kindergarden that diagnosis changed from a preschool child with a disability to a diagnosis of Intellectually Disabled which is the 21st century terminology for mental retardation. It was in that moment that I decided I was going to be the change I wanted to see in the world thus June 2014 Taylor Cares Inc. was born.
